Our Return Promise

Just like the adjustable straps on our Twist Front Tankini, we’ve designed our returns to be flexible:

  • Free exchanges on all eligible items
  • Quality guarantee – we accept returns for manufacturing defects

Important Hygiene Note

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Had tags removed

This applies to all collections including our bestselling Maillot One Piece and Flutter Sleeve One Piece.

How to Return or Exchange

Our return process is as effortless as slipping into our High Waist Bottoms:

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, prepare your return with the same care we put into our premium swimwear:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Include all original packaging
  • For exchanges, clearly note your preferred replacement

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Amount refunded: Item cost minus original shipping fees

Exchange Process

For exchanges of our Activewear or Tops collections:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
  • Processing time is 1-2 business days after receiving your return
