Our Return Promise

Like the adjustable straps on our Bandeau One Piece and Twist Front Tankini, we’ve designed our returns process to be flexible and supportive:

  • 15-day window from delivery date to initiate returns
  • Free exchanges on all eligible items
  • Quality guarantee – we accept returns for manufacturing defects

Important Note

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn, washed, or had tags removed. This includes our bestselling Maillot One Piece and Flutter Sleeve One Piece collections.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange, as effortless as slipping into our High Waist Bottoms:

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer care team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, prepare your return with care, just like we prepare our premium swimwear:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Include all original packaging
  • For exchanges, clearly note your preferred replacement

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Amount refunded: Item cost minus original shipping fees

Exchange Process

For exchanges of our Activewear or Tops collections:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
  • Processing time is 1-2 business days after receiving your return

Special Considerations

Final sale items (if any) will be clearly marked as non-returnable. Currently, all our swimwear collections including One-Pieces and Bottoms are eligible for returns when conditions are met.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Follow the same return process
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
