Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date if your swimwear doesn’t fit as perfectly as our custom ruching promises. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and return request. We’ll provide return instructions—just as our secure bandeau fits won’t let you down, neither will our return process.
Are there any non-returnable items?
For hygiene reasons, final sale items and swimwear without original tags cannot be returned. This ensures all our customers receive swimwear that meets our premium standards.
